（2）供應商具備有效的營業執照及有效的安全生產許可證；
（3）供應商具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質；
（4）項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師執業資格；
（5）磋商響應截止之日前三年內，在政府采購活動中無不良行為記錄；
（6）公司資產狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設備；依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金，具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度；        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering; (5) Within the three years prior to the deadline for negotiation response, there has been no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (6) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
